A diaper cake is made with disposable diapers and designed to look like a tiered wedding cake. it is more then just diapers, these cakes make elegant centerpieces for baby showers and are guaranteed to be a big hit! .All cakes are securley held together by a central support system and are guaranted not to come apart during shipping. A cake tray is used to support the bottom All baby items are brand new. Wrapped in cellophane before shipping.
